A: Shannon will come to your house for about 10 minutes to take some photos to estimate the cost to get your house in shape to resell it. Then we estimate how much we can sell your house for. We factor in the cost of the repairs and other expenses we cover. So we’re able to arrive at a fair profit for us. Our guiding principle is always a fair offer to you and a fair profit for us, or as we said, a win-win.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: There are NO fees or commissions. We’ll make you an offer. If you accept it, we’ll buy your house for the agreed price – and take care of all the expenses related to closing and getting it in shape to resell. You walk away with all cash – and leave all the hassles behind.
Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: We are local real estate investors. When you sell to us, we use our own money to buy your house. Real estate agents find other people to buy houses by listing it in the open market.
